BENEFITS OF DOING BUSINESS WITH THE A. F. DANIEL TECHNOLOGY GROUP: We are an NEC specialist. Since the NEC systems are the only systems we choose to offer, our knowledge and support is not diluted over several manufacturer's products. Our employees and partners are factory trained. Anyone can take an online course for free and call themselves a "certified technician." We actually attend training at the factory. Few online telephone system retailers are also information technology professionals.

Use of any headset in the headset jack of your NEC DSX or NEC Aspire telephone takes special programming on your NEC telephone. Plantronics does not provide these instructions to you. We provide our customers with custom NEC programming instructions, including illustrations, for performing this programming so that you can use your headset with your NEC telephone. With our instructions, most customers can program their phone to work with headsets in just a few minutes. If you did not purchase your headset from CompuTelCo.com, please contact your reseller for programming assistance.

Tips to remember: • After plugging in the IntraMail CompactFlash card, IntraMail automatically installs on power-up. Important This unit does not support Voicemail to Email integration. If you would like your NEC DSX phone system to email your voicemail messages to you, do not purchase this unit, please select the NEC Intramail Pro instead. We provide all of the manuals that come with the system, the same manuals NEC gives to professional installers.
