Mr. Chow brings a wide range of telecom and data networking experience to CAI and its client base. Currently, He is an Adjunct Professor of Information Systems at Hawaii Pacific University. From 1993 to 1997, he was the Area Manager of sales and marketing for AT&T Hawaii / Pacific region. He was the manager of technical services for AT&T from 1982 to 1992. His responsibilities included the design, engineering, and marketing activities for telephone products, networking services and computer systems. He joined AT&T in 1982. From 1980 to 1981, he was a Computer Engineer for Receptor Incorporated in California. He is a Board member of Hawaii Mission Elementary School. He is also member of Hawaii Telecommunications Advisory Council, Hawaii Telecommunications Association, Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineer, and member of the IEEE Local Area Network Standard Committee.
