As a member of the UTEC family, CCG can offer extensive engineering services on projects when required. UTEC is an electrical engineering firm, which provides services to industry and electric utility companies. Over the past five years, UTEC has had extensive experience designing computer systems to automate the collection of data and provide remote control (SCADA) of electric, gas, and water utilities systems.

His SCADA experience includes electric, water, and gas utility systems. As a part of the various SCADA projects, Mr. Mullis has had in-depth experience in evaluating, and implementing various communications systems. His fiber optic experience includes over 174 miles of fiber optic cable. Mr. Mullis also has extensive experience in supervising and administering the installation and start-up of SCADA and fiber optic systems.
