Computer Geeks has been serving the Greater Springfield area for over 10 years. We are local owned and operated and not part of a franchise. We under stand the needs of the local community members and know many of our customers but their names. The owner Nick Calvert start working out the back of his truck working sun up to sun down. Soon after starting he opened his first location in the Plaza Towers but quickly out grew it. This prompted the move was to our current location on 1313 S Glenstone Ave where business continued to grow. In the summer of 2010 work began on the new flagship store on 1378 E Republic Rd. All hands where on deck getting the new store ready. One afternoon we flipped on the open sign and we've had customers coming in ever sense.
At Computer Geeks we strive for excellence in our customer satisfaction. Whether it be our speedy turn around time, our low costs, or that extra 5 minutes spent with a customer, we want our customers to feel they received the best service possible. We offer real solutions to real computer problems. Instead of charge an arm and a leg to fix a problem we want to help our customers prevent that problem in the first place.
Service - 7 days, Parts installed by Computer Geeks - 30 days (see returns), AC Adapters - 30 Days, New Monitors - 1 Year, Used Monitors/Computers - 90 Days, Software - NO WARRANTY, New/Refurbished Computers carry the manufacturer's warranty only. If a component is defective the customer is responsible for returning it to the manufacturer (customer is responsible for the shipping & handling). Batteries and Power Adapters are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Computer Geeks will handle the warranty repair with the manufacturer however the labor will NOT be covered under warranty. Computer & Laptop Warranties are VOID if parts are switched or exchanged or if the system has been taken apart. We cannot warranty any system in which problems were caused by attempted software installation.
