Description

Originally developed in 1979 on an IBM System 38, the software was then ported to an IBM System 36 and AS/400 in the mid 80s and installed at several large customers like Coca Cola, GTE, and Bank of America. Then it was completely rewritten in Assembler on the Betrieve database on a Novel network running DOS in 1987. It was at this point that the new S2000 DOS introduced the now famous DBoard (an electronic dispatch board). This made it very easy for office personnel to quickly interact on the phone with customers and field technicians.

S2000 is extremely modular to fit the specific needs of your company and its budget. Three typical kinds of uses by our customers: Service Scheduling /dispatching/history with PM scheduling included…typical price for a 2 user system $4,600 including the first year's unlimited phone support and updates. Initial training is FREE. Service Department processing from the field tech to accounting transactions for your current accounting system. We have integrations to QuickBooks, Peachtree, Business works, Great Plains Dynamics, Timberline, MAS90, and more.
