How does a small local business become a successful large local business? Well, when we asked Arnie and JoEllen Fitton, the owners of TCSN.net, they said “customer service”. Since 1991 TCSN has gone from a small computer shop to the largest locally owned Internet Service Providers on the Central Coast, with the purchase of Surfari.net in Arroyo Grande, they now have over 30 employees and have signed up over 17,000 customers.
