We provide comprehensive label customization services—to ensure the label we provide exactly meets your needs. Our customers are not all alike, the names they assign their items are obviously not all alike, so neither are the labels we provide all alike or the tools we use to create those labels.

The majority of our customers have a label that has been designed specifically for their own business use. Because of the variety of ways labels are used and the shapes and sizes, colors, resistant to different temperatures or chemicals, applied onto different materials and components, permanent or quick removing we have gained experience in quickly identifying the right label for our customers.

Identifying human blood products is one of the most critical applications you can imagine—and Computype has produced more barcode labels for the international blood bank community than any other company. Our vision-based inspection system guarantees Donation Identification Number (DIN) scannability—every symbol on every set is scanned and decoded multiple times prior to shipment. More importantly, we guarantee sequence integrity, because a duplicate DIN label can mean the death of a patient. It simply has to be right. And we’ve been getting it right in blood banking for over 35 years.

All inventory is shipped JIT to meet your delivery needs. Our Customer Service groups with our customers’ Procurement group, or directly via portal into their MRP system to obtain information on label requirements.
