Comtec Mfg., Inc. is a manufacturer of customer specific highly engineered production components of ferrous and nonferrous based materials utilizing the powder metallurgy or sintered metallurgy processes. We produce a wide range of complex shapes that are pressed metals into "net" configurations and sintered to achieve optimum powdered metal material physical properties. Our expertise does not limit us to the production of powdered metal, or sintered metal parts alone. We offer the customer complete design assistance in material selection paralleling the "Metal Powder Industry Federation" standards, and we provide alternative design modifications of the product to accommodate the powder metal process and the customer's application. It is Comtec's understanding that prior design & development of potential powdered metal or sintered metal parts best serves the customer's production line component requirements.
