Comtec Tel, Inc has provided telecommunications solutions for our customers since its inception in 1984. Working with AT&T & their phone centers throughout Southern California came naturally with our broad voice & data background. In 1995, AT&T announced the closure of the phone centers nationwide. This prompted Comtec Tel to become one of the first "AT&T" Authorized Dealers. AT&T Dealers went on to become Lucent Business Partners and is now known worldwide as Avaya Business Partners. The industry has advanced in many ways, changing names, services, equipment & technology. This has been beneficial for the customer, but at times confusing. Advancements in technology have come at a rapid pace, making it difficult to stay abreast of the changes. Ordering an ordinary line is now a challenge. As an Avaya Business Partner, training & certification is ongoing. This helps us steer our customers through the complexities of advanced communication systems. Comtec Tel is a small company with a large footprint. As such, we respond quickly & effectively to our customers' needs. Our consulting & technical skills have taken us throughout California; as far north as the Oregon border, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico & Mexico. We are truly a "one stop shop".
