Bio of Founder Ann W. Damani-McKinney spent ten years teaching in the aquatic industry. As a director she facilitated and organized an inner city community center and a 56 acre park with an outdoor pool while she taught swimming, life guarding, first aid, canoeing and other water activities. She used organizing skills in the aquatic industry daily; if the pools ’ pump rooms and lifeguards were not organized disaster can occur quickly. After she retired from the water she moved into (as her Grandmother put it – a real job) the “business world. ” She created Conceivable Solutions, Incorporated after discovering the need for organizing specialists in the corporate world. She is now the Owner and President of Conceivable Solutions, Incorporated She graduated from Christopher Newport University in 1995.
