Concept 2 Consumer started in March 1997 for the purpose of writing business plan for a variety of different businesses. The Company evolved from writing general business plans into more specific types designed for high tech and Internet companies during the Dot Com era. Since that time the Company has gone back to low tech business plans dealing with consumers and has created more than 30 business plans. In many instances feasibility studies had to be created in order to validate and confirm the projected revenue, as part of the financial projections. As these companies expanded beyond the startup stage, marketing plans had to be developed and in some cases implemented. After the 911 crisis, the Company has expanding into creating dynamic (database driven web sites) using SQL 2000 rather than Access for the following reasons, as SQL 2000: - Operates faster as Stored Procedures eliminate the need to go and forth between Client and Server multiple times - Can perform several functions at the same time - Eliminates additional pages - Provides better Security Larry Koenig, CEO and President of Concept 2 Consumer, has created this web site to explain how to create your own marketing and financial tools.
