For over 20 years, Ms. Kane has planned and conducted process and group consulting for federal, state, and county agencies, health and mental health organizations, private corporations, non-profit agencies, and school districts. She has provided consulting counsel to groups ranging from small boards of directors to organizations represented by thousands of stakeholders.

Concept maps give you the opportunity to capture a group's thinking efficiently and inclusively. This process gives people the ability to contribute independently - a critical ingredient for a successful group process. Concept maps and the other reports we provide are concrete and easy to read. Best of all, these reports show participants that their contribution to the process was actually used, and demonstrates how their work fits in with what others contributed.

For almost 20 years, Concept Systems Incorporated (CSI) has worked with government agencies, academic institutions, national associations, non-profit and community-based organizations, and private businesses to help turn ideas into actions.

CSI was founded in 1993 by Mary Kane, President and CEO, and co-founder, Dr. William Trochim. CSI is located in Ithaca, New York, near Cornell University, Ithaca College, and the State University of New York at Cortland.
