Using our advanced software platform, our client services team provides end-to-end third party billing and administration services from quote support, employer on-boarding, enrollment, eligibility management, multi-carrier consolidated billing through premium collection and payment. Because we know that one size does not fit all, our customers have the option to elect which of our services are required to best meet their needs. COBRA, FSA, HRA and HSA administration is also available through our business partners.

Shari’s responsibilities include all Financial Reporting, regulatory reporting for the multiple states in which Concero offers services, and Human Resources. Shari, a Certified Public Accountant, came to Concero with over 25 years of experience in the accounting field. She specializes in working with emerging to midsize companies, establishing strong accounting and internal control practices and increasing efficiencies in these areas.

Our production environment is hosted by Navisite (a Times Warner Cable Company) — a worldwide leader in enterprise-class hosting. We are SSAE 16 SOC 1, HIPAA and HITECH compliant . Our production facilities are segregated and dedicated to Concero alone. This offers the security and privacy our customers and partners require. Redundancy is provided by fail over facilities to insure neither service nor data is lost to our clients. Our hosting is truly 24 x 7 x 365 and historically well within the 99.9% uptime standard.

Kip has 14 years of experience working with ERISA Trust funds and is responsible for managing Concero’s ePR.Live product line, a web-enabled contribution accounting and benefit remittance technology. Prior to Concero he worked for eight years with Associated Administrators Inc., a large Northwest Taft-Hartley TPA (and wholly-owned subsidiary of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oregon). He is a member in good standing of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.

Pete has been active in Portland-area high-technology firms for over 20 years. In May of 2007, Pete formed Iterasi, Inc. to build Web 2.0 applications for the personal archiving and sharing of Web pages. In 1997, Pete founded WeSync.com, a venture-backed web and wireless data synchronization company. WeSync.com became widely recognized for its’ innovation and advanced technologies, which lead to its acquisition by Palm, Inc. in February 2001 for $45MM.
