Concor Tool, founded in 1980, is a manufacturer of injection and extrusion screw and barrel components for the Plastics Industry.

New screws and barrels, screw rebuilding and barrel relining for the plastics industry is performed at our facility and insures the highest quality standards. In addition to manufacturing, rebuild/repair services make up a good portion of the work performed at Concor. Feed screw design, wear evaluations, conversions, screw/barrel seminars are just part of the value that Concor provides to injection and extrusion processors.

Concor has been working with medical injection molders for decades. It is important that part quality meet the customer’s requirement. Product failure in the field is unacceptable. Our customers have often asked us to design injection units to meet specific requirements. This involves looking at the materials being processed, the shot requirements and the cycle parameters. Selection of the proper feedscrew, barrel, shut-off valve, end cap and nozzle materials is critical.
