John has worked in Commercial Real Estate in the North Alabama area continuously since 1976. Listed as an Office Specialist with the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), John has experience representing both Landlords and Tenants in the Huntsville market. He also has retail experience and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). The work in retail has provided experience in site selection for banking and restaurant customers as well as creating the right tenant mix when leasing retail space.
