Coastal Precast Systems continues its tradition as a family business with the third generation of Ogorchock's. Paul's son, Brian Ogorchock is the plant manager in Chesapeake and Paul's daughter, Kristen Ogorchock Neal is the AP/AR manager in Chesapeake. CPS continues its tradition of the family business while continuously providing quality product, service and introducing new and innovative ideas.

CPS offers more than being a supplier of precast, with our professional engineering staff and the ability to provide transportation, we provide a total package. CPS is centrally located on the Intercoastal Waterway in Chesapeake, Virginia. Given the plant's ideal location, as well as on-site equipment, CPS can efficiently deliver your precast/prestressed products via barge or traditional land-based transportation, such as truck or rail.

CPS's quality assurance team is highly motivated to ensure our customers are receiving the highest quality of precast. CPS has been a member of the Precast/ Prestressed Concrete Institute, (PCI) since 1996. Every unit of precast CPS manufactures meets PCI specification. Our quality assurance team members are PCI, ACI, and DOT certified.

For over 60 years, DuBrook Inc. has continued to meet the changing demands of the construction industry using new, innovative ideas with a commitment to quality and service. In the late 1980's, Concrete Precast Systems emerged from the DuBrook family of companies with Jack's son, Paul Ogorchock as owner and president of CPS. In 2007, Concrete Precast Systems' name was changed to Coastal Precast Systems.

Coastal Precast Systems provides high quality precast for highway, rail, and marine construction. The owners of Coastal Precast Systems have over sixty years of experience in the precast concrete industry.
