Description
Our Story Herbert N. Krauss Tax and Accounting was originally formed by the husband and wife team of Herbert & Linnea Krauss in 1975. After the death of Herbert in 1980, Linnea took over the company changing the name of the firm to Condominium Financial Management (CFM) and retaining only the contract service related to Common Interest Developments. CFM is a member of the Management Firm Council of the California Association of Community Managers (CACM). The company was awarded the prestigious Certified Management Firm designation from CACM in 1999.
