Condor Earth Technologies, Inc. was incorporated by Barry Hillman, Bob Hoagland, and Pete Dohms in 1983 as Condor Minerals Management. The initial professional direction of the company focused on providing geologic and permitting services to the mining industry in California and Nevada. Some of the more important clients included Northgate Minerals Corporation, Hecla Mining, Calgom (Merk), Carson Hill Gold Mine, Meridian Minerals, and others.

Our ASQ Certified Analysis staff can aid in better project planning and decision making that can, at the outset of a project, make the difference in its success. We provide feasibility studies as a preliminary undertaking to determine and document a project's viability. The results of this study are used to make a decision whether to proceed with the project or table it. If it indeed leads to a project being approved, it will — before the real work of the proposed project starts — be used to ascertain the likelihood of the project's success.

Since 2003, Condor has been either the prime contractor or subcontractor to conduct storm water monitoring activities for the City of Stockton and County of San Joaquin's NPDES Storm Water Permit. Condor has successfully coordinated and conducted 10 concurrent regulatory-directed water quality monitoring programs, including seven different urban waterways and up to 44 urban discharge and receiving water monitoring locations. We underscore our commitment and responsiveness to our clients' needs by providing high quality, professional services in a cost effective manner.
