Condor Heating and Cooling has been making customers comfortable since 1990. Michael Oleksiak started the family owned company. Before starting his own company, he served his country in the US Army from 1965-1968, including 12 months serving in Vietnam. Upon his return he worked for Star Steel Supply as a counter salesman selling all types of building products including heating and cooling supplies. While working at SSS, Michael attended Macomb Community College in the field of heating and cooling and obtained his mechanical license in 1973. He found this line of work to be his expertise and proved that by providing excellent heating and cooling service to all of his customers; residential and commercial and establishing a reputable business to serve the community. In 1992, his daughter Melissa joined Condor and began running the office, where she continues to do so today!
