CONLEY ENGINEERING, Incorporated was established in 1985 as a civil engineering firm and pro vides civil site work services for commercial and residential land developments. We have been involved in projects in Austin, San Antonio, Georgetown, Round Rock, Bastrop, San Marcos, New Braunfels, Pflugerville, Kyle, Seguin, Oak Hill, Lean der, and Lockhart. Because of our familiarity with the central Texas area, we can provide complete civil consulting design services associated with data collection, plan processing and local devel opment coordination. These projects include everything from the smallest one acre commercial develop ment to civil site work for a 78 million dollar medical complex and several residential subdivision devel opments. Our scope of services includes initial site feasibility studies, site planning, design, and continues through final construction.
