He began working in the insurance technology industry in 1998 and has more than 26 years of experience in the health and life insurance industry. He understands the challenges health plans face, particularly in automating their sales processes, as well as reaching out to brokers, prospects, and members to complete business online, and has been helping provide solutions for over 10 years.
Michael was the Founder of DRX (acquired by Connecture in January 2013) and has overseen all aspects of DRX’s operations, from strategy and corporate development to technical implementations. He has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Michael currently leads Connecture’s private Medicare exchange business, is an expert on Medicare marketing and compliance matters, and brings a wealth of experience in working with CMS. Mark has more than 30 years of experience in the software and healthcare technology industries. Prior to joining Connecture, he was Senior Vice President, Analytic Consulting, for Truven Health Analytics, formerly the healthcare business of Thomas Reuters, where he also served as Senior Vice President, Client Experience, providing client services executive leadership.
