Connie C. Reshard - Ms. Reshard is a 1985 graduate of Georgetown University Law Center. She holds a juris doctor degree. Member of Pennsylvania Bar; U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania; and Other Federal Courts by Motion for Pro Hac Vice. Before becoming a lawyer, she was a practicing economist with the Office of the Secretary for the United States Department of Transportation, from 1977 to 1988. She specialized in international aviation issues. Between 1971 and 1977, she was first an instructor and later an assistant professor of economics in the School of Business and Industry at Florida A & M University. She holds a master of arts degree in economics from Brooklyn College. Ms. Reshard practices before both federal district and appellate courts.
