CGC History Jim Sebastian began his experience in the golf cart industry back in 1970 in Wharton, Texas. When he and his wife Carolyn moved to Conroe in 1975, they opened the doors to Conroe Golf Cars, a move that would keep them and others occupied for the next thirty years. With a consistent focus on customer service, CGC steadily grew to add more features, more services and, of course . . . more vehicles. Now after thirty wonderful years in Conroe and the addition of a sister store Golf Cars of Conroe, CGC has established a solid presence both in the local Conroe community and within the extended golf community throughout southeast Texas. Jim has passed on but his son John and Carolyn still carry the vision, accompanied by a dedicated support staff in sales, parts, accounting, and a team of certified, factory-trained specialists.
