Most of the competition is a software company trying to write software for an industry they don't understand, or an energy company who understands the industry but has very little experience in writing software.

We also have over 25 years of experience in the steam energy business. Our professional staff has a broad range of expertise in diagnostic testing and design/specification of steam trap systems. They are also experts in the selection and application of steam traps, steam trap repair and maintenance, and steam energy conservation methods.

Our developers have well over 20 years of experience in designing, building, and deploying custom software solutions. We are a Microsoft Certified Solution Provider, and most of our development staff are Microsoft Certified Professionals. Our key developers are actually previous senior Microsoft software engineers.
