In 2005, Peter and Brian McMullen teamed to create LMC Consulting , a firm providing consulting and staff augmentation services to Microsoft and other leading organization in the Pacific Northwest. Consilium and LMC operate as “sister” firms: Consilium generally provides services to healthcare clients, while LMC provides services to non-healthcare clients.

Peter has more than 20 years of experience providing consulting services to healthcare and other middle market and Fortune 500 companies. In 2001, he founded the Consilium Group to focuses primarily on healthcare and technology organization. Prior to founding Consilium , Peter spent twelve years with Deloitte where he led the middle market management consulting practice for healthcare and the service industry sector for the Pacific Northwest. Peter also practiced as a CPA for many years while at Deloitte .

Consilium Group, in combination with its sister firm LMC Consulting , is a premier Pacific Northwest based management consulting firm offering the experience of a global consulting organization locally. Consilium provides services to the healthcare industry, while LMC serves non-healthcare clients.

Jeff leads the development and operations of business intelligence tools and services for Consilium . Jeff brings more than 25 years of experience in developing, implementing, and operating systems which provides organizations a unique ability to understand their business and make fact based decisions.
