Founded in 2000, Consilium Partners is a Boston-based investment banking firm providing merger and acquisition advisory and capital raising services to middle market and emerging growth companies.

A core element of our operating philosophy is to provide the highest level of expertise and client service in every transaction we undertake. Central to this belief is our practice of leading and managing all of our engagements, from start to finish, with experienced senior level bankers. This approach requires greater selectivity in the engagements we undertake, but we believe that it results in superior transaction execution and higher levels of client satisfaction.

Michael J. Cassata - Managing Director Mike is an entrepreneurial executive with experience managing both private and public companies. In 2010, Michael merged Adventum Group, an investment banking firm that he founded in 2000, with Consilium Partners. Previously in his career, Michael founded National Medical Systems, a healthcare software provider that was acquired by Medic Computer, a NASDAQ-listed healthcare IT services firm.
