Founded in 1994, Consolidated CM (CCM) is rated one of the top 100 CM firms in the United States. We specialize in providing comprehensive construction support to public agencies and private owners. The City of Davis Police Headquarters was voted best public project in California for 2003. This award-winning effort utilized an innovative design-build selection process with a design competition among the three short listed design-build teams. At the time, this procurement method required special legislation, but based on the success of this project is now the standard design-build procurement method for a number of agencies, including the California State University System.

Consolidated CM (CCM) proactively manages construction using proven scheduling and cost control techniques combined with technical expertise and experience. Before the bid, we strive to identify and resolve potential issues, knowing from experience that every issue resolved prior to the bid yields significant benefits compared to the potential for adverse impacts during construction.
