H & W Consolidated Services, Incorporated, d/b/a Consolidated Management Services, is a full service management company serving single-family residential subdivisions only. The principal owner Ms. Stella Walleck formed the company in March of 1982. Ms. Walleck has been in the South Texas area for more than forty-five years. She has been involved in homeowner association work for the last twenty-five years. Consolidated Management Services is a small company with five employees. All employees work in close proximity with the accounts thereby allowing the directors and contractors to have immediate access to personnel to answer questions and assist in resolving problems.
