Founded in 1984 in Anderson, SC, our business has been built on a strategy of safety, quality, service and value in the business of construction. Located in the heart of the Upstate of South Carolina and practicing in electrical manufacturing, mechanical manufacturing, and general manufacturing along with maintenance and fabrication.

Our team at CSI is dedicated to building and sustaining long term relationships that yield value and benefit to both Customer and Supplier. While we continuously seek new partnerships that match our unique capabilities and requirements, we are proud that 85% of our ongoing business is with repeat customers.

In 2005 Consolidated continued its tradition of expanding the company to bring value to our customers by attaining our Electrical Contracting Licenses. Our Electrical Division has extensive experience in commercial and industrial applications. CSI also has PLC and AMP Fiber-Optic certifications which enables us to perform turnkey projects.

Welding has always been one of the most important skills our company provides. CSI has joined forces with the American Welding Society (AWS) to better educate our employees on the standards and techniques in order to bring the highest value possible to our customers. Consolidated is working with a Certified Welding Inspector and the AWS to insure the welding procedures and welds meet or exceed the industry standards. CSI maintains a certified welding program that covers the industries most common procedures listed in AWS D1.1-2006, Structural Welding Code.

Since 1984 Consolidated Southern Industries has built a foundation for solving customer problems, big or small. In 1995 the company took the next step forward to being the total choice for our client's by acquiring an unlimited general contracting license. Since then we have worked hard to build a reputation for understanding our customer's desire for outstanding service from start to finish.
