CTHP serves AI/AN as well as non-AI/AN patients, but our primary mission is to address the health and wellness needs of the county’s most underrepresented population. Native Americans remain the most medically underserved and underrepresented population, and CTHP continues to advocate for parity in health care striving to offer the highest quality health care funding for the communities we serve.

Consolidated Tribal Health Project, Inc. was incorporated in 1984 to address the disparity in health care that Native Americans endured living in Mendocino County.
