Description

ConSpec Building Systems generally works directly for the owner, as the owners' agent or advocate (rather than as a General Contractor). We have found that this arrangement eliminates the adversarial situations that often develop in a more traditional "owner-contractor" relationship. We feel that this "partnering" concept allows a more conducive atmosphere to creating a high-quality project simply because we are only interested in the best interests of the owner and the project rather than protecting a bottom line profit margin. On projects that do not lend themselves to our partnering concept we also offer standard General Contracting services (we are licensed General Contractors).
