March 23, 2009 "Dear Potential Home Builder Re: Working with Construction 3, Inc. My wife and I just recently completed and took possession of our "dream home" in the Puako area of the Big Island of Hawaii. The home is a compound of 5 structures composing approximately 4000 square feet of finished area. The home is a unique blend of Hawaiian, Polynesian and contemporary architecture. It features an extensive application of a number of exotic and interesting wood products and was a challenge for the superb craftsmen at Construction 3.
