Construction Area Signs, Inc., (CAS), was established in 1983. We are a subcontractor and hold an A and C31 California Contractors License, (442645). CAS has provided traffic control services as well as installation of signs, markers, and other delineating devices on various State, County, and City projects in Northern California. Traffic control services include plans, detours, lane closures etc. CAS is signatory to the Laborers Local 186 and the Highway Painters Unions. Elisa Robinson is the owner and president of CAS. P. Mike Smith is the Field Superintendent for the company.
