Pulliam served the St. Louis area for over 24 years providing CPM scheduling and project management to owners and contractors. During this time he was project controls manager on the runway expansion project at Lambert International Airport in St. Louis, provided CPM scheduling services for the construction of numerous high rise condominiums, and provided owner's representation for the State of Missouri.
