CMS primarily serves clients in the educational, healthcare, commercial, and religious markets.

We are seeking a qualified Inside Sales Representative to help us take the business to a new level in Colorado Springs, CO.

Dr. John Ratliff has been serving patients for over 30 years in Columbus, Ohio. His current practice sees nearly 18,000 patients annually, and with this volume, they are excited to begin construction of their new, 17,000 square foot facility which will allow expansion and the ability to better serve the needs of their clientele.

As your Construction Manager, CMS will act as your agent throughout the design and construction phases of your building project through to the first time you turn on the light in your new or renovated building. CMS will manage details including working with Architects to keep project costs down, contacting quality Contractors to inform them about the project, working with Contractors to maintain project schedule, processing contractor pay applications, and expediting Owner occupancy permits through local and state agencies.
