Consumer Action is a national non-profit consumer education and advocacy organization founded in 1971. Our multilingual publications help people save money and understand and enforce their consumer rights. For more than 30 years we have been helping consumers, free of charge. Our hard work on your behalf has earned us a national reputation for multilingual consumer education and advocacy around personal finance issues like banking, credit cards, investment, insurance, phone services, health and safety concerns and privacy, just to name a few areas we're working in.
