Prior to joining 1 Contemporary Furniture Dr. Anna Milostanova was a Russian gynecologist in charge of the surgery department at hospital N27 in the Ukraine and an artist by trade. How is your Russian history? Anna's grandfather was the famous surgeon of Stalingrad who saved so many lives during WWII. American's will never forget 7 million Jews murdered by the Nazi's, but for Russia the carnage was even worse. Russia lost 23 million people in WWII. Today Dr. Anna is a Russian furniture buyer with a keen eye for modern contemporary furniture.
