Continental Controls and Design, Inc. was formed and incorporated in California in 1999. Prior to incorporation, CCD was based in San Pedro and focused on computer software consulting. In 1999, the new company president changed the direction of the company to focus on defense related projects, specifically guidance, navigation and control activities.
