Continental Development Corporation was established in 1985 with its major focus centered on the development of residential neighborhood building sites in the northern suburbs of Minneapolis. In 1996, Continental, under the name of Troy Development Corporation, expanded into western Wisconsin with the development of the Troy Burne Village and Eagle Bluff neighborhoods south of Hudson.
