Valérie, your Hostess, and Ratib, your Chef, own the Continental Flambé. Ratib's training began in Washington , D.C. in such places as the Watergate Hotel, Powers Court Restaurant , and Anton's. However, prior to that, he cut his teeth in the business by working with his father-in-law in Paris-who was a respected chef for over 35 years.
