She specializes in providing interim financial support services, including cash management and operational improvement plans, to maximize liquidity and net operating margins. Ms. Lampe is skilled at creating rolling 13-week cash-flow forecasts and implementing cash management processes, and creating financial projections inclusive of improvement plans to restructure debt covenants.
