At Continuum Studio, we believe that Bodywork is Good Health, not a luxury or a form of pampering. Health is affected by a continuum of body, mind, and spirit every day, all of these are affected by choices we make and activities we undertake. A continuum is an extent, succession, or whole; there is no part that is distinguishable from neighboring parts except by arbitrary division. This is true of the human body as well. Although all body systems are separate unto themselves, they could not solely accomplish the mission of living a healthy life. Our lives are a continuum. Through the concerns of family life and careers, time spent relaxing and exercising; all are influencing another part of our lives. We need to be attentive and care for our mind, body and spirit. They take a toll because we ask a lot of them. We know you work hard, but remember; "you" is our mind and our body. We exercise our minds, our hearts and our lungs. Yet our bodies need care, too. We need to rejuvenate when our minds are stressed and we need relief from sore and stressed muscles. Our skin is exposed to elements everyday. It is also the largest organ of the human body. It needs care and attention to look and feel it's best just as your heart and lungs do. Continuum Studio's professionals and our bodywork and skincare services can help correct and align your physical health with your inner mind and spirit.
