Chief's Welcome... The dedicated men and women of the Contra Costa Community College District Police Department and I welcome you to our website. Our goal is to develop a virtual window to the Police Department that is interesting, and practical for the student body, faculty, staff, and visitors. Team work and problem solving through collaborative relationships with the campus community is the philosophy of our community policing focused police department.

The Contra Costa Community College District Payroll Department is dedicated to providing high quality, comprehensive employee services, and focused attention on customer services, characterized by mutual respect, high ethical standards, trust and communication.

Headquartered in Martinez, California, the District was the first county-wide college district in the state and began serving students in 1949. The District consists of Contra Costa College, Diablo Valley College, Los Medanos College, San Ramon Campus, and the Brentwood Center. With a county population of over one million people, the District serves an annual enrollment of nearly 52,000 students.
