Control Protocols International (CPI) develops protocols to meet the ever-changing communication needs in our technologically challenging world. CPI has been an innovator in the development of protocols for off-the-shelf and custom devices since 1994. CPI prides itself in adding value to customer's existing product lines. As an example CPI developed a full line of protocol drivers for GE Fanuc's Series 90-30 and Series 90-70 line of PLC's, allowing them to act as HART, Modbus, or CAT M5X Masters. CPI thrives on custom implementations of standard protocols, developing for example gateway products from an industry standard protocol such as Modbus to proprietary protocols such as PGE Protocol 2179 or Caterpillar M5X Protocol.
