Founded in 1991, our modern 30,000 sq. ft. facility in Grand Rapids is equipped to deliver top quality alkaline zinc plating and chromate top coatings on time and on budget.

Controlled Plating Technologies, Inc. (CPT) was founded in 1991 and specializes in alkaline zinc and zinc iron plating and chromate top coats. Our modern, 30,000 sq. ft. facility is located near downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan, just off US 131.

(e) Upon receipt of timely notice of defect from Customer or Customer’s consignee, and, unless otherwise specified in writing, any defect that has been reported by Customer as defective in material or workmanship shall be examined by CPT, at CPT’s facilities, with no charge to Customer for service time expended. It shall be the sole responsibility of Customer to return the Product to CPT for inspection. Should Customer fail to return the Product to CPT for inspection, no claim shall be allowed.
