CCNA is composed of industry experts dedicated to serving the energy industry worldwide. We have collectively done work for a very broad range of clients energy service companies and utility "brand" divisions, newly-commercialized energy companies, investor-owned utilities, cooperatives, municipals, joint action agencies, utility suppliers, and industrial companies.

Previously, Mark was a Manager with Accenture, where he participated in a number of risk management and regulatory compliance projects within the energy and financial services industries. Prior to Accenture, Mark was a Principal Consultant with PA Consulting, where he played key roles in a number of risk management and litigation support assignments, including the Chapter 11 workout projects at Calpine and SemGroup.

Analyzed business processes for SAIC's application support teams providing outsourced IT services to supply chain, HR, data warehouse, information services, and customer care business units. Developed metrics and targets, dashboards, automated data collection and reporting. Prepared prioritized action plans and KPIs for improvement. Identified opportunities to enhance support services and revenue.

Ms. Daigre has assisted clients in the U.S. and abroad in developing business cases and feasibility analyses that resulted in launches of new subsidiaries including: Utilimark (for Eskom in South Africa) and Vestar (for Cinergy). Also performed a strategic analysis of the electricity industries worldwide to identify and prioritize opportunities for Royal Dutch Shell as they prepared to launch Shell Services International's venture to provide products and services to these external markets. She also provided key support in the assessment of AEP's plans to create a shared services organization.
