Converting Systems is happy to announce the addition of Mr. Ron Jones, of Ron Jones and Assoc. to our sales organization. Ron will be representing our products and services in the Southeastern region of the United States. Ron joins us with many years of experience in the Converting Industry, specifically in the area plastic bag production. Converting Systems Inc. is proud to offer one of the finest extrusion line control systems in the industry. Our systems utilize Allen Bradley based components including Contrologix, PLC-5, or SLC 500. An operator touchscreen is standard with all systems. These systems are designed to be retrofits for existing lines, for customers adding additional extruders, and for those looking to modernize their equipment with the latest in PLC to Drive systems communications.

Converting Systems inc has been providing quality rebuilding services for winders for years. There are many older winders in the field that, with a little help, could continue to produce quality rolls for years to come.

Not only are we offering our Model 825 Coreless winder as a new machine, we are also offering the system as a retrofit on other manufactures winders. That is to say that we can REBUILD your other coreless winders to our Model 825 standards.
