Joe has over 24 years of experience in call center operations. Prior to Convey Health, he spent 6 years as Director of Government Program Customer Service Operations (Medicare, Medicaid, EGWP) for Emblem Health. Prior to that, Mr. Percuoco was with Lightbridge for 6 years as Director of Teleservices with responsibility for $24M budget / operations. While there, he managed international operations with sites in Costa Rica and Canada, and implemented ground up operations on 4 different occasions.

We provide quality and wellness solutions like OTC program administration and multi-channel member / provider outreach support.

This includes information that you give to us on applications or other forms, such as your name, address, age, and dependents. We keep and share financial records such as insurance coverage, premiums, and payment history, only when necessary, with our employees, affiliates, business associates, or others who need it to provide services, to do business, for health care operations, or for other legally allowed or required purposes.

Jonathan has 20 years of experience in corporate finance and operations. Prior to joining Convey, he served as Chief Financial Officer at PolyMedica Corporation and its Liberty Medical Supply subsidiary, one of largest direct-to-consumer diabetes suppliers in the United States. Mr. Starr has proven capabilities in corporate strategy and operational excellence. He holds a BA in Management from Clark University and an MBA concentrating in Finance from the Bentley Graduate School of Business.

Giray has over 12 years of experience in technology with a healthcare focus and a deep understanding of Medicare business and the regulatory and technology nuances in that industry. His Medicare experience dates back to the launch of Part D in 2006. Mr. Akar spearheaded the development of Convey Health's primary platforms that service the end-to-end member cycle for MA / PDP and EGWP as well as Over-the-Counter benefits administration programs. He has a BS degree in Industrial Engineering from Bosporus University in Istanbul, Turkey.
