Conway Machine, Inc., along with other Arkansas manufacturers, recently sat down with Governor Mike Beebe and his cabinet members to discuss the workforce crisis now occurring in Arkansas and across the U.S. Everyone in attendance expressed the same concern: the lack of a skilled labor force is either prohibiting their company from growing at a faster rate and/or is costing the company significant revenues.
