Cook's Correctional Kitchen Equipment is unique. We are the only national kitchen equipment and supply distributor that services only correctional kitchens we don't do restaurants, schools or hospitals. For our customer, the correctional kitchen foodservice manager, this means that when you look in our Buyer's Guide you'll find the products you need for your kitchen and you can feel confident that they will meet your security and durability requirements. You can also count on the staff at Cook's to understand your business and to only make recommendations that make sense for you. Our first Buyer's Guide came out in 1997. It was 35 pages that year. We have grown significantly as a company since that time and so has our catalog. The Cook's 2006 Buyer's Guide is 168 pages and includes products from more than 150 vendors, plus a resource guide, an expanded quick ship line and our Cook's Counsel with information and tips about products, materials and food safety. We also include a line of Cook's brand products which are exclusive to our catalog. We've taken our expertise as a source for kitchen equipment and supplies, and our understanding of the special needs of the corrections environment and put the two together to develop a line of products just for use in jails and prisons.
